به گزارش گروه بازار باشگاه خبرنگاران، محمد فربد – عضو هیات مدیره انجمن صنفی صنایع لبنی اظهار کرد: گرچه اعمال افزایش قیمت 30 درصدی خرید شیر خام از دامداران از سوی دولت اعلام شد اما از آنجاکه این میزان افزایش سبب می‌شود قیمت محصول نهایی در صنایع لبنی 30 تا 33 درصد افزایش یابد و کشش این افزایش قیمت در جامعه مصرف‌کننده وجود ندارد، صنایع لبنی تصمیم گرفتند تا سهم 15 درصدی را برای افزایش قیمت محصولات خود انتخاب کنند.
قیمت انواع محصولات لبنی از هفته آینده
فربد اعلام کرد: براساس کشش بازار داخلی و توان رقابت در بازارهای بین‌المللی صنایع لبنی تصمیم گرفتند نرخ محصولات نهایی خود را براساس شاخص‌هایی معین افزایش دهند.
وی افزود: براین اساس قیمت شیر کیسه‌ای 900 سی‌سی کم‌چرب از 1250 تومان به حدود 1400 تا 1500 تومان، خامه 100 گرمی از 1100 تومان به 1200 تومان، پنیر UF 400 گرمی از 3700 تومان به حدود 4200 تا 4300 تومان، ماست دبه‌ای 2.5 کیلویی پرچرب از 6500 تومان به حدود 7500 تومان و شیر بطری پرچرب یک لیتری از 2000 تومان به 2300 تومان افزایش می‌یابد.
قیمت کره و شیر استریل بدون افزایش
عضو هیات مدیره انجمن صنفی صنایع لبنی با بیان این‌که سایر محصولات لبنی هم باید براساس تابعی از قیمت‌های اعلام شده افزایش یابد، ادامه داد: در این میان قیمت کره به دلیل این‌که تاثیری از افزایش قیمت خرید شیر خام داخلی نمی‌پذیرد و وارداتی است، تغییری نمی‌کند البته قیمت تمام شده تولید کره برای صنایع لبنی از ابتدای امسال افزایش یافته اما با توجه به نبود کشش بازار قیمت کره ثابت می‌ماند.
همچنین با توجه به همین مساله صنایع لبنی مصوب کردند تا قیمت شیر یک لیتری استریل هم بدون تغییر 2500 تومان باقی بماند.
